How to order

  • 1Search for a product and then click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” icon.
  • 2Check the inside of your Shopping Cart.
  • 3Enter your customer information, destination, and order information.
  • 4Choose a payment method.
  • 5Confirm your order.
  • 6Complete your order.

Product inventory

■ Sewing product (4-12 business days)

If we have the fabric in stock, we ship in 4-12 business days after your payment is confirmed. If you're in a hurry, we recommend credit.
Delivery times vary depending on the sewing factory.
For details, please check the shipping date of the product page.
Please note during the busy season, delivery time is slower than usual.

■About out-of-stock products

・We take care not to be out of stock as much as possible about the stock of the product, but there is a case to cause trouble by sold out and scrapped number. In addition, in the case of our overseas production products, due to the timing of shipping and additional production, even popular products may be temporarily sold out.
(If you contact us, we will inform you of the production status and the next scheduled arrival date.)
・There is a case where there is a limit to the quantity of products offered at special prices (outlets). Because it is difficult to grasp the remaining quantity of goods stocked in the fabric, if there is an order that exceeds the expectation, we may inevitably cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes on ordering products

  • There is a case that the delivery date is delayed due to unexpected trouble etc. Please note that the date of notification is not guaranteed.
  • For orders placed by 8:00 a.m., we will process your order on the day you place your order. Please note that orders placed after 8:00 will be processed on the next day.
  • If you place your order on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.
  • Depending on the region where you live, your scheduled date of delivering will vary. For more information, please check with Sagawa Express and Japan Post. The shipping company will be listed in the e-mail.

<How to use credit card payment>

Please select "Credit Card Payment" on the billing information entry form screen,  enter your credit card number and expiration date, and specify the number of payments you wish.
 (In principle, we do not send credit card usage refrains for security considerations.  Please confirm the usage statement sent by the card company.)

AMAZON PAY

You can pay using your amazon account (ID and password).
It is very convenient to save the trouble of input because it is possible to settle using the delivery address and credit information registered in amazon.co.jp.

<Notes on using amazon pay>

When the change of the order contents such as the size change or the product change after the order occurs, it may not be possible to change it because it is settled on amazon's service. In that case, we may ask you to cancel your order and then place your order again. Thank you for your understanding.

Bank transfer

After ordering, we will inform you of the total payment amount by e-mail confirming the order.
Please be sure to confirm the order details and amount by email sent from our shop before making the transfer.

■ About shipping companies

Since the delivery company is limited by the product size and weight, we will specify the delivery company.

■ About delivery time designation (You can specify the desired delivery time)

Specifying the delivery time does not guarantee delivery at the specified time. We may not be able to deliver on the desired date and time depending on traffic conditions, inventory status, delivery area, etc. Please note that we will not be able to compensate for any damages that may occur if the product cannot be delivered on the desired delivery date and time.

■ About shipping charges

Nationwide: 500 yen (tax included) per delivery

*Even if the product is purchased directly from the manufacturer, it will be considered as one delivery and no additional shipping fee will be added.

Hokkaido: 1,300 yen (tax included) per delivery

Okinawa/remote islands: 1,500 yen (tax included) per delivery

*For delivery to remote islands, we will send you an email with the corrected shipping fee after your order is completed.
*For products with the description "Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands will inform you of the shipping fee after ordering", we will estimate the shipping fee separately.

■ About forwarding due to incorrect address

We may charge an additional shipping fee for forwarding due to incorrect address after shipping the product and resending from returning due to absence.
Please be sure to confirm the delivery address when ordering.

Returns, exchanges, changes, and cancellations

■ About changing / canceling your order

Our curtains are made-to-order products. We will send you an order confirmation email after you place your order, so please be sure to check the contents. If there are any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

※Please note that we will not be able to accept changes or cancellations once the product has been arranged and sewn.
Please check carefully in advance before placing an order.

■ About returns and exchanges

When you receive the item, please check if you have not received the item you did not order.

【If the item is dirty or sewn poorly, or if the item is different from what you ordered 】

We take all possible measures to control the quality of our products, but if there is any damage, stains, sewing defects, etc. on the product, or if it is different from your order, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives. We will return and exchange it.( Shipping costs are borne by our company.)

※If it takes time to return the product after contacting us, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
※It usually takes about 1 week to 10 days for returns and exchanges. If the product cannot be exchanged, we will refund only the paid product price and shipping fee.

Replacement / return of defective products (damaged / dirty / defective sewing products)

商品到着後7日以内にメールにて当店に連絡、送料当店負担にて返品・交換いたします。

All our curtains are made to order. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience such as image difference.
※In either case, defective products are excluded.

Return procedure

STEP1

Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the product arrives, clearly stating the following items.
Please return it to the following address within 2 weeks after sending the email.

  • Customer name
  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Account information for refund (Other than credit card payment)   Bank name / Branch name(Savings account・Current account)   Account number・ Account holder's name
    ※Please let us know the account other than Japan Post Bank.

After the item arrives at our shop、we will start the refund procedure.

■ About refund

【Credit settlement】

We will cancel the payment by credit card once. In the case of partial returns, we will correct the amount and settle again.
※ Please note that due to the closing date, we may refund you after you have been billed by the credit card company.

【Bank transfer】

We will refund to the account specified by the customer.

Receipts

■ Handling of receipts

Receipts can be downloaded from the shipping completion email except.
If you would like our receipt, it will be exchanged for the receipt at the time of payment. Please check the details below as it depends on the applicable payment method. The amount of the receipt will be the total of the product price + consumption tax + shipping fee (tax included).

Bank transfer Transfer request/payment receipt to financial institution is regarded as "receipt". You can also download it from the shipping completion email.
Credit card payment The usage statement issued by the credit card company of the customer's contract is regarded as a "receipt". You can also download it from the shipping completion email.
